This seminar brought together directors and heads of central services, heads of structures and their assistants.

The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Anatole Collinet-Makosso, inaugurated the Loandjili Tax Office in Pointe-Noire, in the 4th district, on Saturday 28 May 2022. In the presence of the Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, representing the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Rigobert Roger Andely; the Prefect of the city of Pointe-Noire, Honoré Mpaka, and the political, administrative and military authorities.

In the presence of Ludovic Itoua, Director General of Taxation and Estates, Alain Frédéric Kanga, Director of Regulation and Litigation and all Central Directors of the Tax Administration.

Workshop on the improvement of the tax administration's information system

Rigobert Roger Andely, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, assisted by his colleague Ludovic Ngatsé, in charge of the Budget, opened on Monday 1 March 2022 in Brazzaville, the workshop for the improvement of the information system of the tax administration, notably the E-TAX Project (Integrated Tax Management System). The workshop was attended by Mrs. Korotoumou-Ouattara, Representative of the World Bank (WB) in Congo, the institution in charge of the Integrated Public Sector Reforms Project (PRISP).

On Thursday 10 February 2022 at the Brazzaville Chamber of Commerce, the Minister Delegate for the Budget, Ludovic Ngatsé, met with the heads of tax structures of the Brazzaville Department. The purpose of this first meeting at the beginning of the year was to appeal to and encourage the Minister to reach the fiscal forecasts for the current year.
