Extraordinary general meeting of the BDEAC

Wednesday, December 20, 2023 in Douala (Cameroon), the Shareholders of this Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC), under the presidency of Mr. Fortunato-Ofa Mbo Nchama, Minister of Finance and Budget of Equatorial Guinea , current Chairman of the Board of Directors, unanimously reaffirmed their commitment to continuing the Reforms undertaken as part of the 2023-2027 “Azobé” Strategic Plan. Monday, December 18, 2023, at the (BEAC) Agency in Douala (Cameroon), the last ordinary Board of Directors of this financial institution of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC) was held, for the year 2023.
