From November 28 to 29, 2023, the second round table of donors was held in the French capital for the mobilization of financing for the implementation of structuring and integrating projects of the Economic and Monetary Community of the Central Africa (Cemac).
On Wednesday November 29, 2023, a press conference was co-hosted, in the premises of the presidency of Marien Ngouabi University, by the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Technological Innovation of Congo- Brazzaville, Madam Delphine Edith Emmanuel Adouki, and the National Coordinator of the Unique Identification Number (NIU) Project, Mr. Roger Aymar Andely.

Friday, November 24, 2023 at the headquarters of the National Directorate of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) for the Republic of Congo, in Brazzaville, the Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Jean-Baptiste Ondaye, Authority Congolese monetary institution and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, officially installed, in his position as National Director of this sub-regional financial institution, Mr. Serge Dino Daniel Gassackys, of Congolese nationality.
The National Economic and Financial Committee met in ordinary session, Friday, November 24, 2023, at the headquarters of the National Directorate of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) in Brazzaville, under the chairmanship of Mr. Jean-Baptiste Ondaye, Minister of Economy and Finance. This session was attended by Ms. Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, Minister of Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration; of MM. Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Portfolio, Mr. Michel Dzombala, Vice-Governor of the BEAC, and Marcel Ondelé, Deputy Secretary General of the Central African Banking Commission (COBAC).
Thursday, November 23, 2023 in Brazzaville, Mr. Jean-Baptiste Ondaye, Congolese Minister of Economy and Finance, signed a loan agreement of 92 million Euros (or approximately 60 billion CFA francs) with the African Bank of Development (AfDB), represented by its Deputy Director General for Central Africa, Mr. Solomane Kone.
Tuesday, November 21, 2023, the African Governors of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) held their meeting by videoconference. The discussions focused on the question of the 3rd Chair for Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) on the Board of Directors of this international financial institution.

Thursday, November 2, 2023 in Brazzaville, Jean-Baptiste Ondaye, Congolese Minister of Economy and Finance, received the end of technical mission report from the delegation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), led by the Togolese Roland Kpodar. This mission spent 14 days in Congo, to finalize the collection of data relating to the fourth review of the Program supported by the Extended Credit Facility (ECF), signed in January 2022.
Following changes within the Congolese Ministry of Economy and Finance, and in application of Article 4 of Instruction No. 06 of the Securities Settlement and Conservation Unit (CRCT) of the Bank of States of Central Africa (BEAC) of November 18, 2021, establishing the establishment, composition and operation of the Permanent Framework for Consultation of the Public Treasury of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CPC-TP-CEMAC), the Congolese Gatien Ondaye Obili, Advisor for monitoring and cash management to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Jean Baptiste Ondaye, will represent the Congolese State next year as President of this sub-regional community institution.
