General directorate of public accounting of the Ministry of Finance - The draft new chart adopted with amendment

The executives and officers of the general directorate of public accounting  of the Ministry of Finance and Budget had a workshop on Friday 16, February 2018 in Brazzaville, under the chairmanship of Henri Loundou, chairman of the committee on reforms launched by this ministerial department. They adopted the four documents submitted to them after amending them, among which the draft new chart of the department.

Information system department - 8 officers learn how to use the management software

The department of information systems of the Ministry of Finance and Budget held from Monday 5th to Thursday 8th, 2018 in Brazzaville, a training for the officers of that department in order for them to learn how to use the software.The training was conducted by the company ST digital.

Modern management of public finance - Treasury executives adopt reform documents with amendment

From  Thursday1 to Friday 2, March, 2018, Treasury senior executives attended a workshop at Ecole superieure africaine des cadres du chemin de fer (Railway executives training school) of Brazzaville under the chairmanship of the executive director of public accounting, Henri Loundou. The items on the agenda were the review and the adoption of the reform documents drafted by the Ministry of Finance and  Budget.

Government action program - The Prime Minister announces internal adjustment measures for the return to macroeconomic stability.

The action program of the Mouamba 2 government formed on last August 22, was tabled before the national assembly on Thursday, November 16, 2017. The program recommends two types of measures  for the return to macroeconomic stability in Congo.

Press conference - Honourable Clément Mouamba, optimistic, reassures Congolese on the revival of the economy

The Prime Minister, head of the Congolese government, held a press conference on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 in Brazzaville. On this occasion,  honourable Clément Mouamba focused on the  mission of  the International Monetary Fund (IMF) which took place from Monday, September 25, to Wednesday,  October 4, 2017 on talks with the Congo on debt and governance. The speaker said he was confident about the economic recovery of the country, which has various sources to replenish its coffers, despite its debt to the IMF estimated at 5,329 billion CFA francs or 110% of the gross domestic product (GDP). He answered questions about Congo's debt, tax loopholes, the future generations Account and Congo's loans to its African neighbours.

Creation of the national association of chartered accountants (NACA) - 10 draft implementing texts handed over to the government

On Friday, September 15th, 2017 ten draft implementing texts of the Law 29-2013, November 18, 2013 on the creation of the national association of chartered accountants (NACA), were presented and officially handed over to the Congolese government at the headquarters of the ministry of finance and budget in Brazzaville(Republic of the Congo) by the National council of the association of chartered accountants of France, to which they had previously been sent for validation.

Information system department of the Ministry of Finance(ISD) - Oracle Exadata X6-2 and Oracle Exalogic X6-2 servers now available

On Wednesday, August 9, 2017 the Minister of finance, budget and public portfolio's Private Secretary, Emmanuel Akouala Mpan, received the second set of the equipment bought for the Integrated system of public finance management project. It is about Oracle Exalogic X6-2 server for hosting the applications of the project, but also the other applications of the ministry such as the management of human resources and the payroll (HR-Payroll) or that of the tax department.
