On Monday 21 March 2022 in Brazzaville, Rigobert Roger Andely, Congolese Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, representing the Government, signed a Memorandum of understanding for the payment of Congo's debt to Dangoté cement Congo S.A., represented by Ravi Iyer, Managing Director.
The National Economic and Financial Committee (CNEF) of the Congo met in ordinary session, in face-to-face mode and by videoconference, on Wednesday 14 July 2021, at the National Directorate of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), in Brazzaville. The meeting was chaired by Rigobert Roger Andely, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio.
The National Public Debt Committee met on Friday, July 9, 2021 in Brazzaville, under the chairmanship of Rigobert Roger Andely, Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, and the vice-chairmanship of Mrs. Ingrid Olga Ghislaine Ebouka-Babackas, Minister of Economy, Planning, Statistics and Regional Integration.
On Friday 25 June 2021, Sylvain Lékaka, Director of Cabinet of the Minister Delegate for the Budget Ludovic Ngatsé, received in Brazzaville the preliminary report of the mission called "on-site visit of the mutual evaluation process of the 2nd cycle of Congo" from the Action Group against Money Laundering in Central Africa (GABAC).
Two members of the Government, namely Emile Ouosso, of Special Economic Zones and Economic Diversification, and Ludovic Ngatsé in charge of the Budget, launched on Wednesday 23 June 2021, the sanitation operation of the Special Economic Zone of Maloukou, located 70 km in the North of Brazzaville.
Having placed the resumption of relations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) at the center of his concerns and mission, the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Rigobert Roger ANDELY, alongside with the Minister Delegate for the Budget, Ludovic NGATSE, received on Wednesday, 2 June 2021, in the meeting room of the said Ministry, the Directors General under his supervision to discuss views on Congo's relations with the IMF.
The handover ceremony between the outgoing Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, and the incoming Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio, Roger Rigobert Andely, took place on Friday 21 May 2021 in Brazzaville.
On Saturday 13 March 2021, three Members of the Congolese Government signed mining conventions, notably for iron ore, with the company Sangha Mining Development, a conglomerate of partners including Chinese.
The Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo received successively in audience, Friday, March 5, 2021 in Brazzaville, Micaela Marques de Sousa, Representative of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Congo, and Fortunato-Ofa Mbo Nchama, President of the Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC).
On Tuesday, March 2, 2021, the Congolese Minister of Finance and Budget, Calixte Nganongo, represented by his colleague, Budget Delegate Ludovic Ngatsé, chaired, by videoconference from Brazzaville, the first annual meeting of the Council of Ministers of Finance in charge of Insurance of the Inter-African Conference of Insurance Markets (CIMA).
