ONE-STOP SHOP FOR CUSTOMS
PRESENTATION
The Directorate of the one-stop shop for customs clearance procedures is a branch of the office of the Minister of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio. It is headed by a director.
ORGANISATION
- The service for accounting (Treasury agents);
- The service for authorization and clearance of goods;
- The service for collection;
- The service for operations;
- The service for finance and materials.
Management, besides its secretariat, comprises :
AREAS OF COMPETENCE
- Assisting and advising the Minister on the establishment, development/deployment and operation of one-stop shops, with the perspective of banking of government revenues;
- Supervising operations of the one-stop-shop for customs clearance without technically entities involved in the one-stop-shop clearance;
- Ensuring control of human, financial and material resources placed at its disposal.
