Dematerialization of the pay slips for state employees

Ludovic Ngatsé launches the "e-bulletin" solution
25 Aug, 2020

The e-bulletin solution (or dematerialisation of the pay slip) was launched on Tuesday 25 August 2020 in Brazzaville by Ludovic Ngatsé, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget.

This launch took place immediately after the presentation of this IT solution by Guy Noël Londongo, Director of Information Systems at the Ministry of Finance and Budget, followed by a demonstration of the new electronic bulletin by Frantz Sentiment Onkilekemi, Project Manager of the "Integrated Payroll System for State Employees" (SIPAE).

E-bulletin has several advantages, in that it is available at any time and from anywhere, provided you have a Smartphone and an Internet connection.

E-bulletin also saves time for users in Brazzaville and the interior of the country, who no longer need to travel to the Pay Department. It thus relieves the Pay Department and lightens the workload of the accountants in this structure, especially at a time when the social distancing dictated by the Coronavirus is recommended, to avoid contamination. This solution is also secure, reliable and confidential (because it is equipped with a QR-code).

To access it, you must go through the platform for the dematerialization of administrative formalities www.teleservices.gouv.cg, which gives the access code.

To make it easier for users in Brazzaville, consultation units have been set up at the General Directorate of Financial Affairs (DGAF), for the army and the gendarmerie, and at the General Directorate of Finance and Equipment Administration (DGAFE), for the police, not forgetting the one set up at the Balance Department of the Ministry of Finance and Budget.

Please note that requesting and obtaining the e-bulletin is free of charge.
