The ceremony for the award of a symbolic cheque to the Congolese winner of the quinte plus of last Thursday, November 2, 2017 in Vincennes (France), was held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the head office of the company at Batignolles, Moungali district (4th district of Brazzaville). The lucky winner received a cheque for 7,319,000 CFAF from the operating and  computer systems manager, Guy Roger Moigni, in the presence of many bettors.

"I have played the game for the first time. My father, who often plays the game, had not accepted the numbers I suggested the day when the horse racing took place. So, I just betted for 400 CFA francs and won this big amount. I will buy a plot of land", Miss Soki Ntsimba Ntsele (23 years old), a pupil at Savorgnon de Brazza Senior high school, in the graduating class (Letters), said.

In fact, the young bettor was determined to play the game by using the right numbers order : 8, 10, 12, 9, 13. Luck came her way and she won  1,319,000 CFA francs plus the jackpot of the last week going from October 30 to November 5, 2017, amounting to 6,000,000 CFA francs mentioned in the official PMU program published by the daily horse racing  and lottery paper, INFO COGELO COURSE Nº 304, Thursday, November 2, 2017. All this amounted to 7,319,000 CFA francs.

At the end of the ceremony, the head  of the Cogelo office, Roger Oko, invited all bettors to keep on playing, "because the Cogelo always pays out the amount promised and changes the bettors' life", he added.
