Customs - Jean Michel Shanga chairs the inauguration of the site for the opening of a one window for customs clearance of goods in Sibiti

Located in the premises of the customs office of the department of Lekoumou, in the borough of Moussanda in Sibiti, the one window was inaugurated on March 30, 2018.

«The  Customs clearance one window is located  in the building of the Banque postale du Congo (BPC).  It is the 17th branch of this public financial institution on the national territory. The opening of branches meets the twofold will of the Head of State, Denis Sassou Nguesso, to make the Banque Postale closer to customers, and also to computerize revenue collection departments through customs clearance one windows to make things easy, to modernize and to secure state revenue collection »said Calixte Medard Tabangoli, general manager of the Banque postale who said that he was happy with the partnership between the bank and the various ministries.

 

The ceremony was chaired by the prefect Jean Michel Shanga, who cut the ribbon, and attended by Messrs. Emmanuel Akouala-Mpan and Franck Siolo, respectively Principal Private Secretaries of the Minister of Finance and Budget and the Minister of Post Office, Telecommunications and Digital Economy. The other members of the delegation in charge of opening one windows for customs clearance were also there, so that they did their job from 29-30 March, 2018 in the bank branches. They were : Guénolé Mbongo Koumou, tax and customs adviser ; Jean Alfred Onanga, customs and indirect tax executive director; Guy Noël Londongo, information system director and Marie Odile Ngakala, director of customs one windows. All took place with the blessing of ancestors who had been invoked by the dignitary Albert Moudiongui.
